  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [MINNESOTA TALENTED YOUTH MATH PROJECT.] 
  1.6      $250,166 in fiscal year 2002 and $317,522 in fiscal year 
  1.7   2003 are appropriated from the general fund to Minnesota State 
  1.8   University, Mankato for the Minnesota talented youth math 
  1.9   project program operated by Minnesota State University, Mankato 
  1.10  and as fiscal agent for the talented youth math project program, 
  1.11  for the purpose of maintaining and expanding the program to make 
  1.12  it available for students statewide via the telecommunications 
  1.13  access revenue program.
