  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to agriculture; extending the program for 
  1.3             control of pseudorabies in swine; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; PSEUDORABIES CONTROL.] 
  1.6      $1,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   board of animal health for continued efforts to control 
  1.8   pseudorabies in swine.  This appropriation is to cover the cost 
  1.9   of blood tests, laboratory fees, and vaccines, and is available 
  1.10  until June 30, 2000. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
