relating to capital improvements; appropriating money for Tower Road Bridge
project in Fergus Falls; authorizing sale of state transportation bonds.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $....... is appropriated from the transportation fund
to the commissioner of transportation to construct or reconstruct Tower Road in Fergus
Falls from its intersection with County State-Aid Road 1 and marked Interstate Highway
94 to its intersection with Municipal State-Aid Street 109, including a new bridge over
the Pisgah Reservoir.

new text begin To provide the money appropriated in this section from the
transportation fund, the commissioner of finance shall sell and issue bonds of the state
in an amount up to $....... in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect prescribed
by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, 174.50, and 174.51, and by the
Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
