  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Blaine to 
  1.3             issue additional on-sale licenses. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CITY OF BLAINE; ON-SALE LICENSES.] 
  1.6      The city of Blaine may issue 15 on-sale intoxicating liquor 
  1.7   licenses in addition to the number authorized by law.  All 
  1.8   provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not inconsistent 
  1.9   with this section, apply to the licenses authorized by this 
  1.10  section. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
