  1.3             levels at Lake Currant. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CURRANT LAKE DIVERSION.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the 
  1.7   department of natural resources must not abandon the diversion 
  1.8   system at Currant Lake in Murray County and must maintain the 
  1.9   level of Currant Lake at or above 82.25 feet.
