BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$610,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $610,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for job
training program grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.8747.
