A bill for an act
relating to transportation; appropriating money for safety improvements at
railroad crossings in Grand Rapids.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$800,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation
for a grant to the city of Grand Rapids for railroad safety improvements related to
closing and upgrading of at-grade railroad crossings. The appropriation is available until
expended and does not lapse.
