  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [103E.812] [TRANSFER OF ACCESS EASEMENTS.] 
  1.8      If a drainage system is abandoned so that all or part of 
  1.9   the system will be included in a storm sewer improvement 
  1.10  district established under sections 444.16 to 444.21, access 
  1.11  easements created under this chapter for the drainage system may 
  1.12  be transferred to the storm water improvement district.
