  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND 
  1.8   LEARNING.] The sums indicated in this section are appropriated 
  1.9   from the general fund to the department of children, families, 
  1.10  and learning for the fiscal year designated. 
  1.11     Subd. 2.  [WILLMAR MAGNET SCHOOL.] For a magnet school in 
  1.12  independent school district No. 347, Willmar:
