BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MANNING AVENUE TRAIL CROSSING.

$1,500,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the general fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Washington County to design and construct
a grade separation at Manning Avenue to provide a crossing for Brown's Creek Trail.
