  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; authorizing bonds and 
  1.3             appropriating money for site preparation and 
  1.4             construction of a multiuse water access on Lake 
  1.5             Minnetonka. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [LAKE MINNETONKA MULTIUSE WATER ACCESS; 
  1.8   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.9      $850,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.10  commissioner of natural resources in cooperation with the city 
  1.11  of Minnetonka for site preparation and construction of a 
  1.12  multiuse water access on Grays Bay, Lake Minnetonka. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.14     To provide the money appropriated by section 1 from the 
  1.15  state bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance shall sell 
  1.16  and issue bonds of the state in an amount up to $850,000 in the 
  1.17  manner, upon the terms, and with the effect prescribed by 
  1.18  Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the 
  1.19  Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
