A bill for an act
relating to the financing of state government; requiring money transfer from
general fund to state airports fund; repealing Laws 2008, chapter 363, article
11, section 10.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin No later than 14 days after the effective date of this section, the commissioner
of finance shall transfer $15,000,000 from the general fund to the state airports fund,
established in Minnesota Statutes, section 360.017.
