  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; ROSEVILLE.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79, 
  1.8   123B.80, and 475.61, subdivision 4, on June 30, 2001, 
  1.9   independent school district No. 623, Roseville, may permanently 
  1.10  transfer up to $1,500,000 from its debt redemption fund to its 
  1.11  general fund without making a levy reduction.  
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
