  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; removing designation of natural 
  1.3             preservation route from certain segments of county 
  1.4             highways in Winona county. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [WINONA COUNTY; HIGHWAY DESIGNATION REMOVAL.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding any provision of Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.8   section 162.021; Minnesota Rules, parts 8820.4000 to 8820.4090; 
  1.9   or other law or rule to the contrary, the commissioner of 
  1.10  transportation shall remove the designation of natural 
  1.11  preservation route from segments of currently designated county 
  1.12  state-aid highways (CSAH's) 12 and 3 in Winona county, which are 
  1.13  described as follows:  CSAH 12 from its junction with CSAH 1, 
  1.14  westerly and northerly approximately 3.4 miles to its junction 
  1.15  with CSAH 3 and then CSAH 3 northerly approximately 4.2 miles to 
  1.16  its junction with marked Trunk Highway 61.
