  1.6      Section 1.  [645.453] [DEFINITION OF FAMILY.] 
  1.7      Unless it is prohibited by federal law, a person's family 
  1.8   for the purpose of programs administered by the state includes 
  1.9   the person's spouse or spouse-equivalent, parents, siblings, 
  1.10  children, grandparents, grandchildren, blood relatives, 
  1.11  stepchildren, and stepparents.
