  1.5      Section 1.  [WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION TO READS LANDING.] 
  1.6      $1,945,500 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   department of trade and economic development for a grant to 
  1.8   Wabasha county for water and sanitary sewer extension from the 
  1.9   city of Wabasha to the unincorporated area of Reads Landing in 
  1.10  Pepin township in Wabasha county.
