  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; appropriating money for 
  1.3             Osseo municipal state-aid street funding.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 162.12, 
  1.7   subdivision 1, and 162.13, subdivision 1, $126,200 in fiscal 
  1.8   year 2002 and $126,200 in fiscal year 2003 are appropriated from 
  1.9   the municipal state-aid street fund to the commissioner of 
  1.10  transportation for grants to the city of Osseo to be used in 
  1.11  accordance with the purposes stated in Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.12  section 162.14, subdivision 2.  These amounts must be deducted 
  1.13  from the apportionment sum before the remainder of the total sum 
  1.14  is apportioned under Minnesota Statutes, section 162.13, 
  1.15  subdivision 1.
