A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; directing deposit of federal reimbursement for
state expenditures at McQuade Harbor to the general fund; appropriating money
to develop a harbor and marina at Two Harbors.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin HARBOR OF REFUGE AND MARINA AT TWO HARBORS.

new text begin Any federal money received by the state as reimbursement for state capital
expenditures at McQuade Harbor must be credited to the general fund and is appropriated
to the commissioner of natural resources to develop the harbor of refuge and marina at
Two Harbors.

new text begin This section is effective retroactively from June 30, 2014,
and applies to all federal money received after that date as reimbursement for state capital
expenditures at McQuade Harbor.
