BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
employment and economic development for a grant to Minnesota Africans United to provide
workforce development training to close the achievement gap between immigrant workers
seeking to enter the workforce and obtain necessary credentials to find success in the
workforce.
