relating to state government; precluding per diem living expenses for legislators
during a special session; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes,
chapter 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

may not receive per diem living expenses after the governor calls a special session of the
legislature until all bills designated as major finance and revenue bills have been enacted.
