BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $7,383,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Metropolitan Council in fiscal
year 2018 for a grant to the Washington County Regional Railroad Authority to perform a
three-year demonstration project of the Red Rock Corridor transitway, consisting of a new
bus route that provides all-day, bidirectional bus service between the cities of St. Paul and
Cottage Grove.
