A bill for an act
 relating to energy; allowing rate-regulated cooperative associations to file for
Public Utilities Commission review adjustments for property taxes and other
costs; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 216B.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

under section 216B.026 is eligible to file with the commission for approval of an
