relating to natural resources; appropriating money for Todd County pier.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$25,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources for a grant to the Todd County Park and Trail Board to install a 40-foot
fishing pier at Battle Point Park on Lake Osakis. The money is available until expended.
