A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating funds for construction of an interchange
at Trunk Highway 14 and Nicollet County State-Aid Highway 41.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; TRUNK HIGHWAY 14 INTERCHANGE.

new text begin $23,000,000 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the commissioner
of transportation for fiscal year 2008 for right-of-way acquisition, predesign, design,
construction, and reconstruction of an interchange at marked Trunk Highway 14 and
Nicollet County State-Aid Highway 41. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section
16A.28, this appropriation is available until expended.
