 relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to the Riverside
Plaza Tenant Association.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the workforce development fund to
the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Riverside Plaza
Tenant Association to address employment, economic, and technology access disparities
for low-income unemployed or underemployed individuals through training in health care,
technology, and construction or skilled trades industries. This is a onetime appropriation.
