relating to housing; appropriating money for a grant to Urban Homeworks.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; URBAN HOMEWORKS.

$10,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Housing Finance Agency for a grant to Urban Homeworks to fund homeownership
opportunities for households whose income is between 50 and 60 percent of area median
income. This appropriation is onetime and available until June 30, 2026.
