BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,005,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Office of Higher Education to award grant funds to students and institutions under
Minnesota Statutes, section 136A.123.
