of Minnesota for the Natural Resources Research Institute; appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$10,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the Board of
Regents of the University of Minnesota for the Natural Resources Research Institute (NRRI)
for a water and mineland remediation lab expansion in Duluth and a new mineral processing
and metallurgy lab in Coleraine. This is a onetime appropriation.
