BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
natural resources to stock at least 7,000,000 walleye fry near spawning riffles in the Rat
Root River in Koochiching County. This is a onetime appropriation.
