A bill for an act
relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to the Chosen
Valley Care Center.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$550,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $550,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to
the Chosen Valley Care Center in Chatfield to complete an expansion and renovation project.
This is a onetime appropriation and is available in either year of the biennium.
