A bill for an act
 relating to taxation; local government aid; providing additional aid adjustments;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 477A.013, subdivision 13.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 477A.013, subdivision 13, is amended to
read:


Subd. 13.

Certified aid adjustments.

(a) A city that received an aid base increase under
Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 477A.011, subdivision 36, paragraph (e), shall have its
total aid under subdivision 9 increased by an amount equal to $150,000 for aids payable in
2014 through 2018.

(b) A city that received an aid base increase under Minnesota Statutes 2012, section
477A.011, subdivision 36, paragraph (r), shall have its total aid under subdivision 9 increased
by an amount equal to $160,000 for aids payable in 2014 and thereafter.

(c) A city that received a deleted text begin temporarydeleted text end new text begin permanentnew text end aid increase under Minnesota Statutes
2012, section 477A.011, subdivision 36, paragraph deleted text begin (o)deleted text end new text begin (p)new text end , shall have its total aid under
subdivision 9 increased by an amount equal to deleted text begin $1,000,000 for aids payable in 2014 onlydeleted text end new text begin
