relating to higher education; appropriating money for a grant to Avivo.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin AVIVO; APPROPRIATION.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of higher education for a grant to Avivo's Institute for Career and Technical Education to
provide low-income individuals with career pathways and job skills training that is fully
integrated with chemical and mental health services.
