A bill for an act
 relating to human services; providing a rate increase for an intermediate care
facility located in Little Canada; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section
256B.5012, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 256B.5012, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

commissioner shall increase the daily rate for an intermediate care facility for persons with
developmental disabilities located in Little Canada that is classified as a class B facility and
licensed for six beds to $375. The daily rate increase under this subdivision is in addition
to any other increase in effect July 1, 2019.
