BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; RONDO COMMEMORATIVE PLAZA.

$100,000 in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the Minnesota Humanities Center for a grant to Rondo Avenue, Inc. for the Rondo
Commemorative Plaza, a public space commemorating and celebrating the historic Rondo
neighborhood, St. Paul's first African-American neighborhood.
