A bill for an act
relating to veterans affairs; appropriating money to fund a grant to Equine
Innovations for its veteran horsepower program to provide equine therapy to
veterans suffering from trauma and PTSD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$20,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $20,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of veterans affairs for a grant to Equine Innovations for
the veteran horsepower program to provide equine therapy to veterans suffering from trauma
and post-traumatic stress disorder.
