relating to agriculture; transferring money from the general fund to the good food
access account.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin TRANSFER; GOOD FOOD ACCESS ACCOUNT.

The commissioner of management and budget shall transfer $10,000,000 in fiscal year
2018 and $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 from the general fund to the good food access
account created under Minnesota Statutes, section 17.1017, subdivision 3.
