A bill for an act
 relating to education finance; increasing by five cents the state reimbursement for
each school lunch served; appropriating money; amending Minnesota Statutes
2016, section 124D.111, subdivision 1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 124D.111, subdivision 1, is amended to read:


Subdivision 1.

School lunch aid computation.

Each school year, the state must pay
participants in the national school lunch program the amount of deleted text begin 12.5deleted text end new text begin 17.5new text end cents for each
full paid and free student lunch and deleted text begin 52.5deleted text end new text begin 57.5new text end cents for each reduced-price lunch served to
students.

2018 and later.
