BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2016 from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for development of the Cuyuna Mountain bike system
in the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area.
