relating to community corrections; appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$85,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $85,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of corrections for a probation caseload and workload
reduction grant to Scott County to provide correctional services. This appropriation is
added to the budget base.
