BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

APPROVAL.

No agency may acquire real property in fee unless the acquisition is approved by:

(1) the legislature during a regular session; and

(2) the board of commissioners of the county in which the property is located.
