A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; authorizing catch and release angling without license;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 97A.445, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 97A.445, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

A resident may take fish by angling without
an angling license if any fish caught are immediately returned to the water.
