A bill for an act
 relating to human services; modifying medical assistance payment rates for
certain health services and therapies; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 256B.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin [256B.7621] REIMBURSEMENT FOR CERTAIN HEALTH
SERVICES AND THERAPIES.

new text begin Effective for services provided on or after July 1, 2015, payment rates under this
chapter for managed care and fee-for-service visits for the following services and therapies
shall be as listed:

new text begin (1) skilled nurse, $157 per visit;
 new text end

new text begin (2) physical therapy, $172 per visit;
 new text end

new text begin (3) occupational therapy, $157 per visit; and
 new text end

new text begin (4) speech therapy, $161 per visit.

new text begin The commissioner shall adjust managed care and county-based purchasing capitation rates
to reflect the payment rates under this section.
