relating to natural resources; appropriating money for Mississippi River Regional
Trail.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MISSISSIPPI RIVER REGIONAL TRAIL.

$2,050,000 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
Metropolitan Council for a grant to Dakota County to design and construct a 3.7 mile
segment of the Mississippi River Regional Trail within the city of Rosemount.
