relating to transportation; appropriating money for the I-694 and Rice Street
interchange.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,000,000 is appropriated from the economic development account established
under Minnesota Statutes, section 161.04, subdivision 6, in the trunk highway fund, to the
commissioner of transportation for a grant to Ramsey County for environmental work
and preliminary and final design of the interchange of Rice Street and marked Interstate
Highway 694.
