A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; highways; designating a segment of marked Trunk
Highway 36 as Officer Richard Crittenden, Sr., Memorial Highway; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 161.14, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

of marked Trunk Highway 36 located within the city limits of North St. Paul shall be
designated as the "Officer Richard Crittenden, Sr., Memorial Highway." Subject to section
161.139, the commissioner shall adopt a suitable design to mark this highway and erect
appropriate signs directly adjacent to the marked Trunk Highway 36 roadway, excluding
entrance and exit ramps.
