relating to economic development; appropriating money for minority business
development programs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin CONTINUING MINORITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAMS.

$105,000 in 2011 and $105,000 in 2012 are appropriated from the general fund and
$100,000 in 2011 and $100,000 in 2012 are appropriated from the workforce development
fund for a grant to the Metropolitan Economic Development Association for continuing
minority business development programs in the metropolitan area.
