BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$400,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $400,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of education for principal leadership activities
under Minnesota Statutes, section 122A.74.
