A bill for an act
relating to health-related boards; annually appropriating fee revenue collected
by the boards; amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 214.06, by adding a
subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 214.06, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

Fee revenue collected by each health-related licensing board
that is deposited into the state government special revenue fund is annually appropriated
to that health-related licensing board.
