A bill for an act
relating to public safety; lowering the alcohol concentration from 0.20 to 0.16 for
an aggravating factor under DWI law.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The revisor of statutes shall substitute "0.16" for "0.20" where the reference refers
to alcohol concentration in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 169A and sections 171.30 and
609B.235.

This section is effective August 1, 2010, and applies to crimes
committed on or after that date.
