A bill for an act
 relating to government operations; making permanent certain Help America Vote
Act rules adopted by the Office of the Secretary of State.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin GOOD CAUSE HAVA RULES.

new text begin The rules adopted by the Office of the Secretary of State pursuant to the authority
granted in Laws 2004, chapter 293, article 1, section 39, are adopted as permanent rules
without further administrative action and may be further amended or repealed by the
secretary of state pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 14.

new text begin The revisor of statutes shall publish these rules in Minnesota Rules.
